"Booked Tony for my 18 week old puppies first groom. The before and after pictures say it all. Instead of the scissor trim under her eyes to stop the hair from making her weep, that I asked for, he hacked of her facial hair right back to her nose on one side. A wiggly puppy can't be easy to groom and ones client would respect you if you tap out, don't punish the poor puppy. It will NEVER grow back correctly. Needless to say I'm very unhappy and feel guilty that I chose a groomer who could do this to my dog. I will now learn to groom my dog myself. This is a disgrace. Said he'd cleaned her ears never happened. I don't even believe he bathed her with water. Hope the £40 is salve for his conscience."
