I visited Tracy today for the 1st time with our cavalier king charles spaniel & from the get-go she was so kind, welcoming & gentle with him (& me!) that we were instantly at ease. He went in a tangled mess (I stayed in the van with him throughout) & he came out looking, feeling & smelling lovely. Tracy took so much care over his comfort & how we like every bit of him groomed/trimmed & was fully focussed on us both - not easy with a fidgety dog but Tracy was very professional & gave me lots of tips on how to maintain his groom. Needless to say I rebooked on the spot for next time - I've found my go-to groomer!"
