She was frightened of water spray from the Romanian kill centre but Elly was so gentle and took the time needed to reassure her. Bonnie's coat was so soft and glossy afterwards and it got rid of the kennel smell and all the dead hair. She loves Elly which shows she trusts her after the grooming experience.
