"I’m writing this review for the second time because I was banned the first time. I would like to share my experience about dog grooming services at this place. I brought my dog to the salon (photo 1 shows the state of my dog 2 days before) and I agreed all the nuances of the haircut with the groomer named Arina before the procedure itself. Unfortunately, after several hours... no one notified me by SMS that the dog is ready and can be picked up. When I come back, I saw through the window that she was lying in a closed cage and shivering. But when the dog was given to me... I was TOTALLY SHOCKED! Her fur was completely shaved... even on her paws (photo 2 shows the condition after the cut). When I asked the groomer why the dog is look like that... she only made excuses and was rude. No one even apologizes...No one informed me by phone that there would be any changes in the haircut from what was previously agreed. It's very cold outside... no adequate groomer will strip a dog so short in late autumn. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this salon!"
"We took our pooch, Wanda for a trim and a bit of a pamper session. She came out looking a million dollars and with this lovely bow tie. I bought a couple of the dog friendly ice creams as a treat for the doggo to have later on. Not sure if things have changed but when we went we had to pay in cash, which was unexpected."
"I took my 9-month-old Pom to get groomed here after he had been shaved by a previous owner. His fur was in bad condition (matted and compacted) and he is naturally distrusting of going to the groomer. The team at London Dog Grooming Co. are absolutely lovely and so professional! I took my shampoo and conditioner (to promote hair growth) and they were happy to use them and accommodate my request. They were patient and kind to my puppy and he left perfectly de-matted, shiny and happy! I would specifically recommend London Dog Grooming Co. to anyone with concerns about their dog's experience with groomers. Thank you for looking after Albie and I look forward to seeing you soon!"
