"My dog has been going to happy paws for coming up six months now. He goes to day care three times a week with pick ups in the morning. The walker is so friendly and always on time and my dog is always happy to see them its so nice to see. While he is at day care he can run outside with other dogs and has become more socialised becuase of it i cant thank happy paws enough. They have great services i have recommened to my friends in the past and they have also started to use their services."

"We’ve been with happy paws for 6 years now. Cannot fault anything they do. Excellent service, a real love for dogs which is rare to find. Emma, Marion and Tina you are all assets and tremendous is everything you do. "DISAPPOINTING! Happy Paws our unprofetionally. Unreliable. And a disappointment. We was a little nervous as this was our first doggy day care experience and we had handed over keys to our home for pick up and drop off. At first Happy Paws was great. But after the first 3 or 4 days we sent our dog there everything changed. The communication stop. Messages would be read but ignored. Imorpant message about my dog having operations, him falling ill and me investigating it. Messages about payment and days he needed to come or not to come. My dogs £40 harness would come back ripped and pulled. The ID tag would have been ripped off and we had to replace it once as it was so stretched it couldn’t be read. After a month of our dog going to Happy Paws we randomly got a message at 8pm on a Wednesday night saying that our dog can not return due to lack of staff. This message reserved gave usTWO days notice to find a new dog sitter. I WAS FUMMING! We tried to convince them to give us a little more time but it was no good. They dropped us and our little pug just like that with two days notice. I was not angry with the fact our dog could not go to happy paws anymore. We understand Somethings don’t work out, it was the fact they dropped us with no dog sitter with two days notice as they know we work full time! They should have given us at least a week. The annoying this is Happy paws also did this to someone we know, but we chose to ignore this warming ... stupidly."
