"Very bad service. staff are rude and not understanding customers needs. They write in the website "you decide what style and we do our best to oblige". But is not the true. And according to an other review I read, you do this things normally. You don't listen. You took my dog and decided to shave him, without my consent. For how long my dog wasn't been groom is not your business. You and your employee should have just followed my guide lines, which is what really matter. You rudely decided to not to follow and do what you wanted. On top of this YOU accused me to be aggressive, not considering the level of frustration you caused me, with your acting. HILARIOUS. What A DISGUSTING experience. Not even a star worth it. Good luck people, dealing with them."

"What a wonderful first experience with Hampton hounds! The owner and staff were to say the least amazing!!! First experience on the phone they sounded friendly, knowledgable and I knew my puppy would be well looked after. When we got there we were greeted with hellos from everyone. My pup was allowed off lead and to smell around as I spoke to the owner about my wants and needs for the groom. As a millennial dog owner my dog is my baby and I felt very confident leaving them with him. He was a bit tricky with his feet which I believe lots of dogs can and they were extremely patient with him and still able to get the job done. All his matting of the fur was taken care of as well which was a big issue with us and we have been to a few place before that did not do the job properly. When I came to collect him he was bouncing off the walls happy and looked impeccable. We weren’t rushed out at the end and were able to have a quick chat getting to know each other and talk about how he did. I booked in right away again for a groom knowing that we have found our place. Thank you Hampton Hounds and staff for the amazing experience and for treating my pup so well! I would highly recommend you giving them a call and booking in asap!!!"
