"Pamper U r pup is under new ownership, and under the old management I had no issues whatsoever. However since the new owners have arrived, both times I have booked my dog to be groomed the service hasn't been at all good. Service with a smile has disappeared, and there was not even a hint of an apology when the staff made a mistake on the time I booked for. I won't be taking my dog for a cut at pamper u r pup again!!"
