"Have been getting our dogs groomed at kool kutz for years and they are great! One of our dogs can be fidgety/loud….but this never stops our dog getting a nice groom. They smell and look amazing after too. Would highly recommend this groomers. Thank you."

"Sadly the grooming instructions were not followed this time around. Hadn't had a problem on previous occasions so very disappointed that my pups prized tail had been clippered off. No apology so will not be returning."

"My miniature schnauzer has been going here for some time. I loaned him to them as a training dog for the particular cut. Unfortunately on one groom they snipped the end of his tail requiring veterinary treatment for which they paid the bill. My dog has not been the same since now becoming nervous which is understandable. His tail was in a bandage for at least a week. I no longer go here as at the last appointment I missed due to my iPhone being wiped. I contacted them on the morning (coincidence) advising them that my appointment had been wiped but they did not tell me until after the appointment had taken place and then tried to charge me. I objected to this and they told me to take my business elsewhere. Very surprise in attitude given our previous history. Also had a problem previously with the wrong cut being given as they didn't listen. Recommend elsewhere - no doubt I will get a catty response but this is my honest experience."
