"Took our 7 year old Staffie here for a bit of a clean up - nails, ears, nice bath - she's pretty low maintenance, but it's nice to get it done on occasion. They did a great job with her (even cleaned up her little tear stain) and were ok with the fact she doesn't like to go in crates. She smells so lovely and is so soft now! Great value for money as well. Would definitely recommend and will be using again."

"My poor dog who is epileptic suffered a seizure following his appointment for a groom, he was obviously stressed from the experience. I wouldn't take my dog back. I have to say that I had some doubts when I dropped him off, I wasn't particularly impressed with either the facilities or the staff friendliness/attitudes, they didn't present as genuinely compassionate & caring. More like a production line! I definitely learnt a harsh but valuable lesson."
