"Hotel is in a Great location Lovely warm clean room , bed was comfortable Very friendly and helpful and hard working staff Complementary drink and breakfast included in the price . Full English breakfast was ok, could have been better - mushrooms cold and poached eggs were hard. Very nice stay and would defo stay there again ."

"Lovely hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here. The location is perfect. Great quality restaurants, smart cocktail bar and cafes all close by. We had a free room upgrade and complimentary drinks at the hotel bar, which was a lovely surprise. Room clean and comfortable with modern features and amenities. Also very quiet. The staff are all super-friendly and professional. They couldn’t do enough to help you. All with a smile. If you’re planning on staying in Windsor for a few days, then book here. 10/10"

"We absolutely love staying here! We have stayed here a few times now and always look forward to coming. It's in a beautiful location as we love Eton and the local bars & restaurants (highly recommend The Boatman), and only a short walk into Windsor. The rooms are beautifully done and the beds are so comfy! Rooms have TV, WiFi, fans, ironing board & iron, toiletries, water and hot drinks station. The breakfast is really lovely and guests get a complimentary drink at the bar on arrival which is a lovely touch. Staff are really friendly & helpful, you also receive a recommendation list on arrival for local eateries which is another lovely touch. Highly recommend this hotel for staying in Eton or Windsor!"

"Disliked · We didn't have any heating, the room we were in had an electric heater which didn't work. The lady from the reception did contact someone to try and come to have a look, but the gentleman on the phone was more preoccupied in given us advise as in we should have a drink then we might feel better and warmer...speechless We were told in the morning that we weren't the only ones with this problem. Breakfast....not good we've waited 50min for omelette and salmon, some of the guests were complaining of the food being served cold. Very understaffed for sure I don't recommend this hotel! Liked - the location and clean room. Staff was nice."

"Lovely stay from Thursday evening until Sunday. Having been let down and unable to access an Air b&b nearby we turned up to find the staff very helpful and accommodating and sorted us out with no fuss. Next time we are in Windsor we will be booking here again without a doubt."
