Royal Adelaide Hotel 46 Kings Road, Windsor SL4 2AG

"Stayed here for two nights, in one of their premium double rooms, so we had more space. They hotel is tastefully decorated. Same as our room, which was also very clean. I liked it that we could control the temperature of our bedroom and en-suite separately. There was a kettle with tea, coffee and biscuits, as well as bottles of water. The staff will will refill if needed. We opted not to have housekeeping as we were there for a short period. The first night we decided to have dinner in the restaurant as it was cold outside but actually the town is about a 15min walk. We thought that the dinner let the restaurant down. I had macaroni cheese which didn't really taste of anything and doesn't come with any bread or salad and my husband had a burger which made the bun very wet and soggy. This was a shame because breakfast is lovely here. I would stay here again as we loved Winsdor. Staff are friendly and helpful, and as a bonus you get a complimentary drink."

"The staff was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. They even brought out the television so we could watch the World Cup in the lounge. The room was quiet and the shower was wonderful - hot with a lot of flow. The restaurant was also very good. I am American and I thought the mushy peas were exceptional. Would recommend this hotel."

"We have just returned from a two night stay at the Royal Adelaide. We booked the car park in advance, which I would recommend doing. What an absolute gem of a hotel. We received a complimentary drink on arrival. Staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel. Room was lovely with en suite and we could see the Long Walk. Ideally located for visiting the castle and a short walk into Windsor. We will definitely visit again."

"We stayed at the Royal Adelaide during a recent visit to Legoland and Windsor castle. The hotel looks onto the Long Walk and nearby Windsor Castle, and is walking distance to Windsor town centre. The rooms were immaculate and well presented, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful in so many ways. The full English breakfast was cooked to perfection and served promptly, and set us up for the day. We felt comfortable and relaxed during our stay and never felt rushed by the staff at breakfast or at checkout. We’d be delighted to return, it’s a real find, highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Lovely boutique hotel near the centre of Windsor. We stayed for one night. The room was great with comfy bed and overall clean. Parking is a slight issue but there is a car park a couple of hundred yards down the road. Staff all seemed nice. Perhaps a little pricey."
