Bylake boarding kennels and cattery

"We have used the Cattery many times in the past but last week we had a booking for our cat for the weekend On arrival two council officials were present and as we were being booked in the owner appeared and told us he was closed and couldn’t take our cat !! No notice - we were left trying to find an alternative within half an hour of leaving for our holiday .This would have been a nightmare if we had had a plane to catch fortunately we didn’t I couldn’t believe it we won’t be using them again !!"

"Cosmo had never been to a kennel, but bylakes were recommended. Stayed 3 nights. Took him about 24 hours to settle and was off food, but I was kept updated when I called and by time he was picked up he was familiar with it all. Cosmo slipped straight back into our normal routine when back. Vero pleased and aside of recommending, we will defo use Bylakes next time!"

I’m happy to say that he seemed to have been as well cared for, as our older dog always was. He will be back the next time we go away. If you will have him!!"

Once whilst we were in Holland our then tom cat Oscar fell ill and they quickly called out the vet and contacted us. Oscar had the best of care. Obviously the staff love the animals they deal with and we know the cats are in safe hands."
