We were served by Charlotte who was extremely attentive & gave us lots of advice about good quality cat food for our two cats. She also updated us on new dry catfood on the market & the benefits to our cats health. We were so pleased to discuss options with Charlotte & she also gave us nutritional advice regarding my daughters dog who has allergies. Such a good service we will definitely be back."

"I wandered into Pets Corner for a quick browse thinking it was just like any other pet shop but after talking to Charlotte at the checkout about the problems I was having feeding our French Bulldog puppy I realised this is not an ordinary pet shop. Charlotte is an expert on dog nutrition and she spent a good 10 minutes guiding me on the best way to feed my puppy. She was friendly and patient and I left feeling like I had discovered somewhere special. There was no hard sell, she knew her products very well and she really went the extra mile to help me. You can also take back food if your dog doesn't get on with it and try other options with any food you haven't used being donated to a dogs home, which I think is brilliant. They really have thought of everything and I shall be buying all my dog food here from now on. Thank you, Charlotte, for a wonderful shopping experience."
