"Four of us stayed here 14th Jan Saturday night. A snug bar with wood fire was welcoming. Then we were taken to our rooms which were fabulous warm and welcoming. We had booked a table and had a fantastic meal from a simple menu using local products. We enjoyed our hosts attentions and great stories as we ate and obviously drank some wine. Prices were very fair for this restaurant quality food. Sunday morning and a great full English breakfast. We definitely recommend The George."
