I was so apprehensive to leave him but knew the facilities and care at Longcroft were first class and I was not wrong. "We cannot recommend Ali and Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Cole Green enough. We were very nervous about leaving our lovely cat Lucy for the first time as she is very timid and hides from other people so we were unsure how she would settle. It very quickly became apparent from the regular photos and updates that Ali sent that we had no reason to worry though as they had become good friends. We loved that we were asked to provide a profile of Lucy’s personality and that Ali took the time to find out exactly what Lucy’s feeding regime was and even provided the exact food that Lucy likes to eat. Ali really does take the time to bond with your cat and the Suites are definitely 5* Luxury. We are so pleased we found you Ali and we will definitely book with you again. Thank you x"
