"These guys are amazing and we felt safe knowing Huck was taken well care of during our trip away. The staff are so friendly, nice and caring. We have used them twice now, and though it’s always hard to leave your pet behind, knowing they are in good hands really make all the difference! "It was my dog's first time ever staying at a pet boarding facility and I was a little concerned upon dropping him off. However, the staff were very friendly and assuring most especially Angie, Andy and the manager Tom. Initially I was nervous about my dog socialising with the other dogs without my supervision as he is so tiny but Tom was very reassuring in letting me know him and his team were up to the task. He made sure my dog was able to properly socialise and make new friends which made his experience at the facility a lot more wholesome and fun. I am also pleased that communicating with Tom was quick and easy throughout my dog’s stay at the facility. I would definitely recommend."

"Could not say enough nice things about Elmtree and their staff. I have a very anxious rescue dog and I was so worried to leave her behind while we went on vacation abroad. When we first arrived we were greeted by 3 of the most lovey people excited to welcome our baby Grace. They were very patient with her and gained her trust and kisses. While on vacation everyday Sam sent me updates and photos of Grace running around and playing with her new dog friends. She was exceptionally kind and understanding of our missing Grace. When we picked her up we found a happy, excited, well exercised dog. Being a rescue Grace is generally timid of men but she absolutely loved and said goodbye to the young man who helped packed up her room. It is safe to assume he was also very kind, gentle, and patient with her. The staff took exceptional care of our baby girl and I couldn’t thank them enough. Grace had the time of her life! 5 stars. Will definitely be using them again!"
