"Our cats stayed at Paws for 16 days. Kathleen is a very nice and caring person. She responds fast and fulfills what we need for the cats. She's very experienced in taking care of cats. Since our cats are very nervous, she's trying different ways to make them feel more comfortable, and tried different kinds of food to stimulate their appetite. She sent us photos of them so that we can see them from time to time. Since we sent cats half way round the world, we couldn't bring cat food and cat litter traveling with us, so I asked Kathleen for help. She's so kind and helpful by sending us everything, even a cat litter tray which I didn't ask for it. Thank you very much!!! I highly recommend this cattery!!!"
