"Always reasonably priced and the nurse who saw my cat today was so lovely and caring towards my cat. I do find the receptionist ladies especially on my last visit let the service down. Always blunt and rude."
"What wonderful people, and excellent care for my dog. He is getting on a bit, so the treatment required today was a bit stressful for us all. But the vet called immediately his blood tests were done, and the risks of the procedure explained. They also pointed out a lump that needs further investigation, so they took a biopsy while he was sedated. The staff were so friendly and caring, I cannot praise them enough also the cost includes two follow-up appointments to check he is recovering well. He has been given the medication required for the issue he was admitted for, and also for the condition discovered by his blood tests. I think 5 out of 5 stars is unfair, they should have 10 out of 5 for going above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much"

"Extremely disappointing! My dog was seen one morning earlier this year and we were told that she had a minor urine infection which could be treated with antibiotics. My baby died in my arms 12 hours later. On another occasion my cat was seen and we were told she had enflamed gums and her teeth needed to be pulled out for a large fee. After getting a second opinion we were informed that she actually had cancer and had to be put down the same day."
