"Couldn’t have asked for a nicer, better service. My cat was very poorly, we had an emergency visit early on a Sunday morning. He was assessed, I was given an option for further investigations, but the chances of him recovering was very very slim and was quite invasive, so I made the decision to have him put to sleep. The vet gave me time and space to come to terms with this and very informative of the process.. The staff were so, so kind, I really appreciate the work the staff did."

Once we arrived, we were seen almost immediately by a fantastic vet, who conducted a thorough examination of my cat and discussed all treatment options with me. Once a decision was made, my cat was taken for the agreed test. Both our comfort was a high priority for her - thank you! When he was returned to me, the test was discussed, recommendations were made and we went on our way The receptionist who helped us at the front desk was friendly and professional as well, and was able to give me all the information I needed to submit the claim to my insurance."

"Unfortunately our dog became unwell in the early hours so we called the Hemel branch of Vets Now and they said we were welcome to bring her over. We mentioned on the phone that we thought she may be near the end. When we arrived the vet was lovely and calm and gave us time to say our goodbyes and we were able to stay with her through it all. The staff said we could stay as long as we wanted too with her. A very kind and calm service provided which we appreciated given the situation. I asked for my dogs ashes to be returned and the practice sorted this out for me. I received a lovely sympathy card and some seeds to plant in memory of our dog. Would highly recommend, all staff I spoke or saw were very kind and sympathetic. Thank you very much."
