"I had a delivery lost with Hermes. Paid for insurance as i always pay for insurance for all items delivered using any delivery company. This is the first time a delivery got lost for me. So got in touch with Hermes, provided them with all the receipts as they requested. They kept on asking questions after questions and still done nothing about it, communicating with them is a night mare, they never get back to your messages, i had to message them many times about the same topic. They are not helpful and the only means of contacting them is via email or via online messaging. I had enough as i eventually understood they want to avoid paying for the missing parcel. This company is the worst delivery company available, i would advice not to use them as they are a rip off company and i'm so angry that i cant get my money back. I stopped using them and warn others to avoid them. use parcelmonkey or parcel2go and avoid Hermes"
