"Not friendly driver on black Mercedes Benz E220 GY14 XCW. Customer service unacceptable - when arrived nobody jump out from the car to help us with the luggage, shopping bags. The driver opened the trunk but didn't close it - he said it wasn't his job and was rude! And this is not a first time with Premier drivers - many drivers is just lazy to jump out and help all people! Premier should teach they drivers customer service and be more friendly with customers! We pay not just for the taxi and quick trip but for the service too!!!"
