"I’m trapped with Wade and Wade because the Vendor selected them presumably because they’re cheap. A cash buyer trying to purchase an empty property with no chain but after six months of utter frustration I’m about to pull out of the purchase all because of how bad Wade and Wade are… Every email is an Out Of Office listing limited working hours and booked holidays.
