Nia provided excellent service in all aspects (especially communication) and I was able to remortgage swiftly within 1 month. In meeting Nia and the team I found all were very friendly and put me at ease. To give some backstory I intially used another solictors (remote) recommended by my broker, unfortunately the service level was poor so I changed to Nia.
