"Definitely don't use if you're on a schedule. Booked for cinema and it was over 10 minutes late, when I called to chase I was asked "why? When does the film start? You have time" avoid, I won't use again and I work in a hotel and this is blacklisted now."
"I ordered a taxi and wish I hadn’t because I’ve never been picked up by such a rude driver, I asked how much I owed when I got to my destination and he just muttered it’s on the meter, I was struggling to see the meter because I’m partially blind, the driver got impatient when I was trying to count the money out for him and asked if I’m ready but his tone of voice was not a nice tone,I asked if I could pay by card because I thought I didn’t have enough change, thankfully I did because he wasn’t getting the card machine ready an instead sat there as if I hadn’t asked, then I got confused over how much I’d already given him and he snapped and that was the last straw! I told him how rude he was and he told me to get out his cab, he continued shouting and said I’d be blocked so I can’t call again. What a disgusting individual talking to a woman like that."
"Not reliable company. Ordered taxi for 5.40-5.45. They come at 5.55 and charged me £15 for route from centre to Swift Valley. I was late to work so lost 15 minutes from my salary. Not recommend."
