"Always on time, drivers are jovial, accomodating and friendly. Booking service is very professional down to sms to confirm booking, on dispatch and on car arrival. Ive used them extensively recently due to a recent car accident and they are he only taxi service in Rugby that are available for last minute school runs."

"We booked a taxi for 1pm as that’s when our shift finished, however the taxi arrived 20 minutes early. We couldn’t come out early as we were still on shift, that’s why we booked a dedicated time. The driver said he would only wait 10 minutes! Meaning he’d leave at 12.50! How does this even make sense? To no surprise the driver had left when we finished shift at 1pm. We called the office and the lady was rude and abrupt, and put the phone down! Would definitely NOT recommend or ever use again."
