"I booked my taxi about 11.45 for 1.15 pm I had an hospital appoitnment, the taxi arrived 1.55pm I lost my appoitnment that I was waiting 3 months for it. They are absolutely unprofessionals. The woman in the phone Cut me the call when I was telling her that I have lost my appoitnment. I rang several times and everything they said was that my taxi would arrive in 2 minutes. Please I strongly aware to not book this taxi service."
"Absolutely shocking! They turned up 25 minutes late from a pick up at a local address after been ordered (and confirmed as been booked), making us late for event we where attending. Then never picked us up from the other end when we had booked them to do so. They had no idea where major landmark buildings are, so couldn't find their way back to us even though they had dropped us off. Along with having no concept of costumer service or the ability to be polite and tell the truth when you call to case them up. Very rude responses when they could not justify been late or even been bothered to set off to pick us up. I will not be using them again!"
