"Have used these guys for over a year now to take my son to MFG and anytime I need a taxi, always friendly trustworthy drivers and helpful guys when you ring with cheery attitudes- their car’s are always clean and arrive quickly, can’t fault anything. "I always book my taxi way in advance on the app and it still always arrives late. I’m always late for work. I called and was told “there’s nothing they can do” because of the traffic. I am aware of the traffic, hence why I always book in advance. What’s the point of the app being there if the taxi is going to arrive late anyways?"

"**DO NOT USE** Pre booked a taxi on the seemingly straightforward website for pick up at 13:40 from Mirfield train station and received email confirmation almost instantly. When it reached 13:50 and still no taxi arrival, I received a text message to say the taxi will be a further 15 minutes - unamused we waited... 15 minutes came and went so I called the taxi office for an update. Absolutely no apology for the huge delay, I was told a taxi will be sent now, when I asked for an est time of how long this will take to arrive, the response was 'ok, bye' and I was hung up on. A further 8 minutes went by, in which time we seeked other options, I received a text informing me a taxi was on the way and a URL to track the driver, finally! When the taxi arrived we had absolutely no apology from the driver just a blame game on his 'boss'. We were quoted an amount via the booking on the website, however the driver turned on a meter and when we arrived at our destination this was £2.60 more than quoted (not a lot of money of course). But when we handed him the cash amount quoted (specifically taken out as who carries cash these days - they don't take card payments!) we were faced with aggression from the driver that we had not paid the full amount. When we explained the situation of the quoted amount and the fact he arrived 45 mins late there was still no apology. Luckily as we were so late our family members had arrived at the destination and were able to hand the £2.60 over. Terrible service - stick with UBER."
