"Called this taxi place, there prices are always expensive, some of the drivers don't even want to give your change back! I would definitely not ring this taxi base,and don't even get me started on the operators who answer the phone,they are soo rude they quickly talk and cut the phone off before you add something about your journey,I will not be using this taxi base again,very disappointing"

"The app worked great and the driver was friendly with spotless vehicle and on time. Have seen some terrible reviews about rude phone operator, but as I didn't phone I can't comment on that..The app worked well..Would use again..This was my first experience of the company. "First and last time ringing these idiots fir a taxi! After waiting 45 mins even though they told me 20 mins I rang them back and was told the taxi will be outside in 4 minutes lol. After a further 15-20 minutes later still no taxi! Rang them again and this time a dummy answered and told me another 5-10min! Clearly the operator I rang back couldn't tell time and wasn't taught any manners/respect by his parents.Tried to tell me it's on its way from other side of Bradford! If these people were straight up in the first place and didn't lie about waiting times we would have no issue! Bottom line don't use these ignorant pi** takers if you actually need a taxibecause I won't."

"Ordered a taxi. Was told 6 mins but was kept waiting for 50 mins at the end of which when my wife rang them to ask about the whereabouts of the taxi she was hung up on. I've used them in the past but never again. Rude and I'll mannered operators."
