"Very poor service. I had to wait 2 days to get my son's prescribed antibiotics sent by out of hours doctor. 1st day, they didn't serve me as I didn't have his NHS number in hand. 2nd day, their computer wasn't working. This is so ridiculous that they gave me the prescribed antibiotics on 3rd day."

"I like boots its clean and tidy most of the time they are helpful yes they can be slow but some of them are very busy with other customers as I pick my family tablets. When I buy things they are good some of the staff are helpful. It's depends on who there. I been to boots for years when the other boots was open a few doors from Argos."
