Everyone we’ve encountered is professional and polite, in particular Becky, who is an expert at untangling insurance claims and ensuring our account is up to date and correct. That said, the real star of the show is our vet, Sandra. Sandra is calm, empathetic, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I credit her with extending the lives (and quality of life) of several of our cats. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Sandra, she works harder than anyone else I can think of. Sometimes it’s the small touches that make a difference - a handwritten sympathy card and frame containing paw prints when a cat passes away, a phone call now and then to check in on the feline family…I can’t recommend Sandra and her team any higher - five stars all the way!"
