"Really kind vets. My daughter's rat (Sam) was put to sleep. She was very upset but process was quick and painless and my daughter was made to understand that this was the kindest thing to do as he was dying and very ill. We were able to take him home to bury him. RIP Sam."

All the staff were friendly and polite and helped in every aspect we requested and provided information to make things straight forward for me to know what had been done and what needed doing. 5 star highly recommend and I highly urge donations to keep this type of establishment open and running!"
