"The room was clean and decent size. basic facilities were provided (mini fridge, kettle, microwave) and refreshments too. But perhaps one or two plates could have also been given to heat the food in the microwave. I had brought some food from the take away and couldn’t heat it as there were no plates. Also, I noticed some flies in the room. Maybe an insect’s treatment is needed for them but otherwise I had a comfortable stay. The receptionist was also very kind and helpful. He told us about the nearby shops and restaurants too so that we have a good stay in ilford."
"Fab little independent hotel, I needed a room for one night as I had a day in Ilford working. After a long journey, being greeted as if I was a frequent visitor, an old friend with nothing too much trouble is what hospitality is all about for me. A simple comfortable and clean room was what the website offered and that's what I got. As a budget hotel, you won't get much better value for money. I'll be booking again when ever I'm visiting Ilford."
"Clean and tidy rooms. Great service by the owner/manager. He's very nice and helpful. Comfortable beds (although the extra bed in the family room wasn't great). Bigger room had a fridge, microwave and kettle which is very useful. Good location with lots of food places nearby."
"Impeccably clean room, complete with a mini fridge, fan, and kettle with hot drinks. Average size bedroom with comfy bed, good size bathroom with powerful shower. The boss/owner was very attentive and friendly too. We'll definitely be back soon :)"
"Value for money but rooms are too small. One minute walk to High Street with restaurants, pubs and malls. South Indian Hotel Saravana's is a one minute walk. Added attraction is the Valentine Park which is a two minute walk. Inconvenient for old people, there is no elevator. Car Parking is there for only two cars."
