"Probably the worst pharmacy I've used. Consistently lose or "don't receive" prescriptions and blame doctors. Regularly "out of stock" on medication that other pharmacies have no issue with. Very under staffed, or lack of knowledgeable staff at least. Often a queue reaching or leaving the door and one person on the till/front. Seems its a known issue as when leaving a complaint through head office about them losing a babies medication, twice, they were already aware of similar."
"shocking service rang a few months ago about medication and when they said they would go look for it they just put the phone down on me so i tried the other lloyds and the same thing happened. rude people"
"I had booked a cholesterol check at this pharmacy using their online system and even took time off work to attend the appointment. When I turned up staff seemed surprised and openly admitted that no one had bothered to check the appointments system so had no idea I was turning up - not a particularly nice welcome. After disappearing for a few minutes the lady returned to say she couldn't provide the service anyway because they didn't have a cholesterol machine in store! It was a complete waste of my time! The lady was apologetic but her excuses were woeful and offered no further advice for another store I could try instead. Useless service!"
"I have find this branch of Lloyds ,the only one I can conveniently get to consistently inefficient. My husband was diagnosed with altziemers in 2015. .This was followed with a diagnoses of Parkinson's diseases in 2019 He is also visually impaired and very hard of hearing. He requires 24 hour attendance. which very much limits my time for shopping and errands since the pandemic arrived. .My family and friends give my very good support but they have busy lives and heavy work loads and due to current restrictions their free time is very restricted. I have my own medical needs and I am now entering the third week of trying to obtain some of my medication. As a carer I find the most difficult thing of all to deal with is inefficient people who don't do their jobs properly so that hours of my time is spent chasing things up again and again. ."
"Awful experience of collecting prescriptions. I have depression and several other mental illnesses, staff are rude, talk loudly in earshot of other customers & question repeatedly as to why I should take my medication. I can see they look down on me as some 2nd class citizen who isn't worthy of their time. It's the only chemist locally that I can get too but every visit makes me upset and effectively feeling like scum. Avoid."
