"For the time I've required the support the staff have been happy to help and provide guidance. When my child injured them self they were happy to help and guide, where the Doctors surgery wouldn't. They help avoid an unnecessary trip to a walk in. Can't judge prices but their support is definatly good."
"I don’t quite understand why the phone is so rarely answered??! I collect prescriptions for my elderly mum, and I don’t live locally……it seems to take an absolute age for anything to be processed and seems pointless calling ahead to check if prescriptions are ready. Not to mention the time she ended up with someone else’s medication!! A mistake that should never happen! S"
"Called at 4pm having just spoken to my doctor who sent a prescription a few mins earlier and they were really helpful and told me they would be able to get it sorted straight away. Really impressed and it meant I could start my antibiotics straight away. Thank you"
"Very poor. After waiting 8 days they still didn't have all of my prescription so I had missing items, which they didn't mention when I collected them,. Rang them, no answer, so I had to go back. 'They'll be in tomorrow'. Always 'tomorrow'. Staff not wearing masks despite restrictions on customers. Unfortunately this isn't a one-off."
"This pharmacy has really had a tough few years. Despite the bad experiences I do still use this pharmacy and never the same staff. I did go in last week to actually find a nice atmosphere and spoke to the new lady who seemed to be in charge of things. She explained that new staff will be there permanently and are working on making it a better place. They are all very nice and I hope they do turn it around. ADDITION TO THE ABOVE! Thursday 9th Dec..arrived to collect my Aunts Dossett Boxes but they didn't have a Prescription for her. The man I spoke to said nothing he could do. The Blonde lady who I spoke to on my first review came over to speak to me. She got the prescription within half an hour and I had the Dossett boxes in an hour. Absolutely fantastic customer care and service. Credit where credit is due. I hope you stay longer than other staff have. Thank you. 5 STARS"
