"The most unprofessional agency I worked with over my years in uni. My flat mate was welcomed to a dirty flat when she moved in, only to be told that's not on them so she had to clean it herself. When we finally moved out they decide that they will charge us for the apartment deep cleaning. By the way we cleaned the apartment the day we moved out. On the same day we moved out a new lady moved into the flat opposite ours and she found it in a disgusting mess and again they refused to help her clean it. We were further charged to repair for mattresses that weren't close to being new when we moved in and we left Mark's on either. By the way we moved out about 2+ months ago and yet they didn't refund our deposit. I honestly will not recommend them at all."

If there is one thing that any university student should know it is that you should go with a letting company which has your best interests in mind.
