"Had dinner of a burger and chips. The burger smelled the way old meat can do and I didn't want to risk eating it. Sent it back which the serving staff were happy to do and had a pear and walnut and blue cheese salad as a replacement. Unfortunately, there was only a hint of cheese and walnut. Overall the only good dish was the cheesy chips my companion had !"

"A great place to stay with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a high standard. Kewstoke beach is directly across the street, making it an ideal location for walks. A good place to stay when visiting a relative at Cygnet Hospital, which is nearby. Visiting Weston-super-Mare or simply on weekend getaway. The staff are professional and friendly, and the food is great. Highly recommended."
"We stayed at this gem of a hotel a couple of weeks ago. What a stunning location, right next to the beech and stunning walks. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms are spacious, modern and beautifully clean. Decor is thoughtful, modern and bright and cheerful. Beds are so comfortable, we slept like logs. The shower was the best we’ve experienced, lovely and powerful - you don’t often find that in hotels and complimentary luxury toiletries - what a treat!! We had the full English breakfast which was delicious and plenty of it! The waiting staff are so friendly and helpful. We certainly will be visiting again. Thank you for everything!
