"Willett house isn't my usual vets, but after spending hours desperately calling vet after vet to get my extremely unwell animal seen willett house booked us a same day emergency appointment and I was so greatful, the staff are amazing friendly and very professional and although unfortunately my animal went on to pass away, they were so absolutely amazing if I lived close I would transfer all my pets there in a heartbeat, you honestly couldn't get a more caring friendly veterinary practice, so thank you"

"Excellent pet-first care from start to finish. Pleased to see Covid-19 safety measures in place and taken seriously. Face coverings required before entering the building. Staff greeted me shortly after I arrived, taking me through the new process and giving me a short form to fill in. The staff clearly adore animals - especially one of the veterinary nurses who went all gooey-eyed (in a good way) around a happy dog. I was told by another nearby vet that I could only get my pets checked out in Sheen. Fortunately, I found Willett House via Google and gave them a call. I have two male degu's, a species not catered for by most local vets. Spark and Atom were looked after during their short visit (20 minutes in a separate waiting room and then during their 10 minute appointment). When they were returned to me, both were quiet, calm and not stressed. The nurse who cared for them had managed to carefully remove the foreign body on one of my pets eyes. Price was fine. £39.50 for a consultation (for both small animals). Highly recommend."
