"Station house offers standard en suite student accommodation but the experience here was not all pleasant. The facilities were old and not well maintained, my friend's shower head had low water pressure and she had been using it for two years. When she sought help from the management team, they asked her to bear with it, there was nothing they could do. If you're considering this accommodation because of its common area such as the study room, you should think twice because the landlord keeps the study room heating off throughout the year, even in coldest months to save electricity, this made it difficult to study in the 'study room'. At the end of our tenancy, our flat got fined for literally everything. The bottom line is the management team aka landlord is extremely calculative and stingy, they want you to pay for everything, and they are so afraid of extra cost such as heating in the study room, which is such a BASIC need. And btw this meticulousness is not present when it comes to helping students to fix say a lightbulb, they always need to be chased. They don't mind if the student needs to use torch light to shower for a week. We've also seen mouse in the accommodation several times..."

"Property owners take advantage of students. I moved in with a rusty sink, which later broke as a result of previous damage before I had moved in. Equally a tea stain was made on a mattress for which they added to the cost of damage. I was made to pay over £300 for this damage, even though I took it into my own hands to fix the sink. Similar payments were requested from my other 9 flat mates. After visiting other flats, we are aware that ours was pretty clean in comparison. We hate to imagine how much was charged of other flat members. Equally, no receipts of costs were provided, so it is not clear whether our costs added up exactly to their own payments for cleaning and repair."
"On Saturday 21/04/18, the staff at Leamington Spa Station retrieved my luggage I had left on the train. I realised I had left it on the coach soon after I got off, so I reported the loss at the office on Platform 2. The person in charge was every kind and acted quickly and efficiently. He informed Bambury station (the next station) immediately, so the luggage was retrieved from the train and returned to Leamington station on the next train. I understand he went beyond the call of duty and I'm very grateful."
