"The bed I could feel every spring coil, all lumps & bumps. Not a good night's sleep at all.The bathroom was great. Staff were lovely, breakfast was very nice. Would I shay again yes if they updated the beds."

"Basic, but clean, nice shower in room 13. Difficult to see house or accomodation as no lit signage on busy main road. Warm, informative welcome would've been nice but more like DIY! There's more to b& b than just to provide facilities. Customer service is lacking."

The staff were very flexible with my plans as they changed. I have absolutely no complaints and would stay here again if I ever find myself back in Newport."

"Hotel needs some TLC, but it was clean. Shower was broken so had to hold it to have a shower. Pillows are terrible again lack of sleep due to this. Staff need some people skills. But did help us with our situation. Unfortunately the rooms aren't sound proof and we had noisy people while there. So lack of sleep infact left in early hours due to this. Didn't have full English only had continental and it was okay. Would I stay here again sorry but no!"
