"For a night's stay the hotel is fine. Friendly staff...was able to get to my room really early...Rooms are basic (still not used to a single bed) but you have everything you need. WiFi is excellent. Walking distance to a number of cafés...and only a 10-15 walk from the station...well worth it on a Sunny day."
"Good price, great location. Service was good and the room was comfortable. The whole hotel is quite retro, like staying at your grandmothers house. It is clean and does the job but is very much a no frills stay. Unfortunately during a storm when I was staying the noise in the top floor room was ridiculous, like a tin roof. Breakfast is basic at the moment (no cooked) but apparently is going to improve. It's OK for a cheap room for the night and I wouldn't be put off staying again, but it wouldn't be my first choice."

"So close to everything you need in Leamington town The twin room was amazing, like home from home, very cosy, beds very comfortable, bathroom:the shower was the best Very powerful, Continental breakfast amazing choices, lovely fresh coffee( just what I needed this morning) very friendly staff. Available all the time (if not a number left you can call) I would definitely recommend is out of the way of the but in the right place"
