"Been here 2 Years already and re-book my room to stay here another year. I'd 100% recommend to accommodation to anyone who needs a place live. This place has been really good to me these past years, anytime i need something fixed, the property manager makes it her priority to get is sorted and she does this will all the students who live here, the rooms are really spacious at a good price too. PS: there washing machines in every kitchen, no need to pay for laundry"
"The service for doverstreet apartments Leicester is very disappointing and you can’t trust them at all with your money . My deposit that was supposed to be payed back to me still hasn’t been given back to me and it is December now and I have been waiting since September . I remember at October I was told my deposit was going to be given the following week but it wasn’t and I rang every week but the same responses were given and no money was sent back to me .The dps form isn’t even accepted by the landlord even after 14 days. I am continuously being disappointed by this service ."

The building is very well look after with member of staff that always go above and beyond to meet the student’s expectations and requirements.
