"Small, very basic, waiting area, luckily not busy. Was quoted more than double of the price of my usual vet for work required. Did not find staff very friendly or welcoming and had a long wait to pay for treatment."
"My dog needed an urgent appointment on Monday as she had injured her leg ligament on Sunday. I rang first thing on Monday morning and got an appointment to see the vet at 9.15am ! As Bella is a large breed (Rhodesian Ridgeback), Shilpi (vet) came to the car to check on her and administer the painkiller injection with the help of her fellow vet ( Zoe). We were so stressed out all Sunday but they were so good and helpful. Thank you !"
