"I went to have a blood test. The whole pharmacy was so filthy and full of dust. It was so unhygienic and risky to have a dispenser taking my blood out rather than a healthcare professional. I was overcharged and tried to contact the head office and the guy over the phone was so rude and shouted at me rather than apologize for their mistake. I NEVER use their pharmacies again."

"I did Wellman Profile blood test through Patient Access. They charged me £125. First thing first I had to chase 3 times for the result to be shared with me. Once reviewed the result, found that many tests were not performed as per their adertisement. I tried to chase but no response. I will never ever recommend anyone to use Pillbox Chemist. One of the worst I have ever experienced"

"Hands down THE WORST company to work for as a locum pharmacist. I warn all locum pharmacists and dispensers from this company and will continue to do so. They haven’t paid me until now for a shift I did 3 months ago in July. They are rude, unprofessional and liars. Everytime I call or email I get the same excuses and lies that they are in meetings or not in or gone out. I will be taking legal action against them. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT work for them. Locate a locum should be ashamed for still putting their shifts up and letting pharmacists and dispensers get conned."
