"Paid for 2 nights. Cost £200 for Friday and Saturday night. Over rated, over priced, on the ground floor right by the night door, no sleep as people came in all night long. Wanted to actually speak to someone about this, but unfortunately all doors locked, could not even gain access to the hotel. You leave key in a lock box. Also no breakfast………. Should have booked a Premier Inn at least their you get value for money and breakfast for a reasonable price.!"
