"Perfect for our needs. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the room was more than adequate for a quick overnight stay. The only negative thing I would say is that it's a little tired in parts, but that wouldn't stop us returning."
"The corridor smelt like someone had been sick, the bathroom had a annoying buzz that went on all night, flush handle kept spinning round making it hard to flush the toilet, £72 for the night is far too much. Will definitely not be recommending and more definitely will not be back"

"Room 26 has the most uncomfortable bed of any hotel I've slept in (twin room). Locking system rubbish, your phone will wipe it and they'll blame you, not the system. No USB charging points. Otherwise staff friendly and helpful, water scalding hot, everything very clean."
"We had Christmas Lunch at the Hermitage Park Hotel with our elderly, disabled mother and I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff for making the event pleasurable and easy. You were so kind and thoughtful and also jolly on this special day when you were also working. Everything was done to make sure we had a suitable table. There is spacious, flat access. The chef was excellent, with every item of the Christmas Lunch cooked to perfection and dietary needs catered for. Many thanks."
