"Very poor rooms and are small, they go into your room uninvited. Lizq the maniger is very rude, threatens to evicted you just for smoking and the area very rough i got robbed one night but a part from that its good for short term stay and some of the people are ok"
"No option to give zero stars... These people treat their guests with no respect but they expect to be respected. They enter your room uninvited because they believe they're able to do that just because they own the property that you pay your money for. Gary entered my room uninvited when I was half naked and left immediately... Another guest during my stay had money taken from his room but until this incident with Gary occurred I didn't believe the guest because nobody could enter his room. I was proved wrong.... Mandie has mental health issues but believes everyone else is the problem"
"Clean, tidy, full range of appliances (inc washing machine & dryer) in a good sized kitchen. My room - a single - was quite small, but that's ok as I was only sleeping in it! The bed was comfortable, bathroom (shared) clean, and there was a code sent to my phone for the front door lock and a separate one for my room, so security is obviously good. For the price, I was definitely impressed and I'll definitely use Jaylets again if I'm in Leicester."
