"Waited 6 hours for a call back for two appointments, missed the call at 4:38pm so called back straight away. The receptionist said she'd message the doctor. waited another hour, called again and the receptionist was so rude I left the call crying. Adamant the doctor had called over 10 times, but had been clearly calling the wrong number & not the number I gave. Now have to wait until Monday to try again. There's a recorded speech when we call about patients not being rude to staff but clearly staff can treat patients how they like. Thank you for causing me more distress."

"These have been so helpful and understanding in the last 5 months. Thumbs up to the staff and doctors. It's a nightmare for appointments but what doctors isn't."

"The new midwife was a nasty piece of work to me last year. Because of their negligence due to covid everything was twisted and I was reported for non engagement due to mental health issues and the receptionist actually threatened me with social services at my door step just because I hadn't answered the phone a few times! Plus the midwife got me kicked out of the surgery as I wasn't in the area anymore when I'd always attended that gp surgery since I was a baby!"

"Since Dr Khong left everything seems to have gone downhill. Difficult to get an appointment as phone in time is now restricted to 8.30am only. Doctors are all locums. Receptionists don't seem to know whether doctors will be available or not. One receptionist told me she would resolve a problem for me and ring my early the following morning but I found out the next day she had done nothing and wasn't even in work which is why a phone call never came. They still seem to be "trading " under Dr Khongs name when he is no longer part of the organisation. The sense of community GP has gone. I wouldn't recommend."

"To be fair surgery is pretty good when I call up, I can always get an appointment. Annoying side Is having to wait after your appointment time. That is frustrating, also reception making a decision on medication before you have even seen the doctor. That's a joke. I like most of the doctors though, they are helpful."
