"If i could give 0 star. They still hasn't star f2f appointment when everywhere else. I get sore throat and rash . Over the phone doc advised he can only give me medicine for one and asked me which ine i want, soar throat or rash. I wanted to ask if you only providing care through phone at least treat my both problem. Sorry to say but They do not care about your health."

"I am writing this review on behalf of someone else who uses this practice. Although the receptionists and nurse are friendly. I get the strong impression that they try to stop anyone booking a GP appointment, or any appointment for that matter. I would like to hear, does any patient at this practice actually see a GP?"

"The practice manager is nothing short of a joke and tries to defend how the practice is run rather than trying to listen and address your complaint. Ive now moved to another local practice so I never have to ring this place and deal with them anymore. Ps. If your the practice manager reading this please stop calling the doctors that work in this practice “your doctors”, as I'm sure they would be disgusted as you dont own the practice or the doctors."

"I have to agree with the other patients with regards to the experience at this practice. Uncaring, archaic and outdated and above all incompetent. It’s 2022- why can I not book appointments online. They have zero form of E-practice. And what little technology they do have is riddled with complications and errors. Simple tasks such as ordering a repeat prescription has a common glitch of being rejected so you need to call…. And calling is impossible. The limited staff all blame each other and I have caught them a few times simply making things up. So strange they are still employed as they lack any basic reception skills. Whilst they are pleasant enough they lack any real empathy or the brains to enforce a system that works for both them and the patients. To top it all off, I’ve been notified I have to go and redo my bloods as they did the labels wrong. I am a patient and calm person who loves the NHS and appreciate the strain it’s under but this place needs to get with the times and upgrade some serious software. The fact they have ZERO form of complaint procedure online for feedback speaks for itself, they know they well well well well below par. Slightly traumatised already I have to go through pregnancy with this practice"
