"DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! It took me 9 consultations and over 2 years to make a decision to finally go ahead with FUE surgery in the UK as I didn't want to travel abroad. I had several conversations with Will and my neighbour even used him and recommended him to me which is why I contacted him. My surgeon was supposed to be a lady called DR Lara Just Kovac from Germany and he sent me her profile and medical background to look into. She was incredible and I decided to book in with will for the 19th March 2021 in Coventry. Everything seemed absolutely up until the day of the surgery where he tried to have me pay into a separate bank account which luckily didn't work so I had to pay the money into his business account. During my surgery I noticed the ladies were Turkish and not German so after my surgery I went home and emailed the clinic in Germany that Dr Lara co owns asking them to confirm that it was indeed her that carried out my treatment. They replied saying she had never heard of Will or Regency hair clinic and that he was using her profile illegally to gain new customers. I then rang Will to make him explain himself and he instantly refunded me without me asking and then tried to bribe me into not reporting him. It turns out the people who carried out surgery on me that day were Turkish hair assistants and not surgeons and were not accredited to work in the UK. I have all the evidence including Whattsapp conversations and recorded phone calls to prove this so this review is completely true irrespective of what he says. How he paid these ladies I have no idea..further more did he even pay tax on what he paid? He claims he uses GMC fully qualified surgeons on his website? I DIDN'T EVEN GET A SURGEON let alone a GMC registered one. Complete fraud and should be shut down immediately. These people are the people that ruin the industry for others and add to the confusion when trying to use actual decent companies. He also own DE MONTFORD HAIR CLINIC AS WELL so stay away from them too and anything he is associated with."

"I First met Will back in February for a consultation regarding my hair transplant. Everything was made very clear about the Process from start to finish. Due to covid my transplant had been postponed until yesterday. However Will kept me fully updated as to where we was in regards to rebooking. On the week of my transpalnt Will called me to make sure all was okay and to reassure me with what was going to happen. On the day, Will met me at the door of the clinic and introduced me to his team who carried out the procedure. Everything went as planned, on time and Will even bought me a sandwich/drink for lunch.
