"Appalling service from this company! I was booked in for a consultation to have a mole removed. They charged 150 gbp for the mere consultation (dr just looked at the mole and said "yes I can remove it"), literally 10 min. appointment. I said I wanted it to be removed ASAP at it was bothering me very much, they gave me the next availability in 6 weeks' time. I asked if I could have an afternoon appt due to work commitments, they said the latest was 13:30. No flexibility whatsoever. Ok, I wait 6 weeks for my appt, TAKE TIME OFF WORK, 40 mins before the actual appt someone calls me to say the Dr is sick and the appt is CANCELED. I mean, excuses me??! what happened to the 24h notice?? If you cancel less than 24h you lose your deposit but they can cancel 40 minutes before?! What kind of service is this? And they give me the next availability..when? Yes, you guessed it: 6 WEEKS from now. I mean, c'mon! What happens in 6 weeks, you call me again 30 mins before to tell me the Dr is sick again? No other doctor available, not other earlier appt available, not flexibility, NO SERVICE. They call center lady tell me "hopefully the clinic agrees to refund the deposit". WHAAT? REFUND MY DEPOSIT NOW! Needless to say I won't be waiting another 6 weeks for you to tell me the Dr is sick again and I won't be recommending this scam company to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else, they're not worth it!"

"I had been in for tattoo removal. Paid £50 for a test patch to be done. But after having the test patch was told that they needed to talk to a doctor before having a full removal due to medication I was on at the time. They said they would get back to me but didn't. Tried chasing it up and was told the lady that I saw would contact me. Been around a year now and nothing. Wouldn't recommend. Looking for another place to have my tattoo removed"
